COMING SOON / HR COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE

Syntropix Compliance Learning Suite

A planned enterprise learning environment for policy-critical training, evidence of completion and governance workflows. This page describes the product direction—not functionality that is already available.

PLANNED LMS ARCHITECTURE

Train. Evidence. Govern.

01

Learning catalogue

Configurable modules for Code of Conduct, POSH/anti-harassment, information security awareness, data privacy, ethics, anti-bribery, whistleblower awareness, conflicts of interest, insider-trading awareness where applicable, workplace safety and client-specific policy learning.

02

Assignment engine

Audience rules by entity, geography, role, employment category and risk profile; due dates, reminders, escalation and controlled re-assignment.

03

Evidence layer

Completion records, assessment attempts, acknowledgements, version history, certificates where appropriate, audit trail and governed export for compliance review.

04

Learning experience

Microlearning, scenario-based decisions, knowledge checks, accessible content, multilingual roadmap, resumable progress and mobile-responsive delivery.

05

Governance dashboard

Completion by cohort, overdue population, pass/attempt status, policy-version acknowledgement, exceptions and downloadable evidence packs.

06

Enterprise controls

Role-based administration, tenant isolation, least privilege, retention configuration, private evidence storage and integration-ready architecture after security testing.

IMPORTANT BOUNDARY

Training supports compliance. It does not create compliance by itself.

Applicable legal obligations vary by jurisdiction, industry, workforce structure and policy. Syntropix content will require qualified legal/compliance review for the client context before being represented as satisfying a specific statutory requirement. Certification will mean completion of the configured learning requirement—not professional licensure or regulatory certification unless explicitly provided by an authorized body.
