Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Syntropix website, developmental assessments, reports and related digital services supplied by Syntropix Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Syntropix”, “we”, “us”).
Developmental purpose
Syntropix assessments support reflection, learning and professional development. They are not medical, psychiatric or clinical diagnostics. Unless a specific instrument and use case has separately established appropriate evidence and governance, an assessment output should not be used as the sole basis for consequential employment, medical, credit, insurance or legal decisions.
Eligibility and accounts
Our Professional services are intended for adults. You must provide accurate information and protect your account/access links. You may not share paid access except where an enterprise licence expressly permits it.
Product description and fulfilment
Before checkout we aim to state the assessment, price, approximate length, and what the purchase includes. A one-time Professional assessment purchase ordinarily provides access to the selected assessment and its resulting Syntropix developmental report. Coaching, subscriptions and other services are not included unless expressly stated. Access is intended to be activated promptly after confirmed payment; if confirmed payment does not result in access, contact team@syntropix.in.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Where checkout identifies Paddle as Merchant of Record/reseller, the order process is conducted by Paddle. Paddle is the seller of record for that transaction, processes payment, handles applicable indirect transaction taxes and provides the buyer transaction document/receipt or invoice. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply in addition to these product terms. Where Paddle or mandatory consumer law provides greater rights, those rights prevail. Syntropix does not intentionally collect or store full card credentials.
Pricing and taxes
Prices and inclusions are published at Pricing & Purchase Information and confirmed at checkout. The final checkout total, currency, discount and applicable tax treatment are displayed before payment authorization. Regional prices may differ. We do not create a recurring charge unless the checkout clearly identifies a recurring product and you expressly authorize it.
Refunds and cancellations
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass payment or access controls, scrape protected assessment content, reverse engineer protected scoring logic, impersonate another person, misuse another person's data, distribute proprietary questions/reports without permission, or use the service unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Syntropix branding, assessment content, scoring methods, reports, frameworks and software are protected materials. Purchasing access gives you a limited personal right to use the purchased service/report; it does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
Availability and changes
We work to maintain reliable services but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve products, security controls and interfaces, provided this does not remove mandatory rights relating to an existing paid transaction.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms.
Liability and mandatory law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Syntropix is not responsible for decisions made by a user or third party by treating a developmental assessment as a medical diagnosis or as a sole high-stakes decision instrument.

Product, access, billing or legal questions may be sent to team@syntropix.in. Please include the transaction reference for payment-related support, but never send card numbers, CVV, passwords or one-time codes.
