PRIVACY & STORAGE

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 19 September 2026. This policy explains how Syntropix Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Syntropix”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on syntropix.in and related web experiences.

What these technologies are

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Websites can also use local storage, session storage and similar technologies to remember information on a device. This policy uses “storage technologies” as a convenient collective term.

How Syntropix currently uses storage technologies

Our website and application may use storage that is necessary for core functions such as authentication or session continuity, security, remembering a selected pricing region or interface preference, preserving an assessment or checkout state, and preventing abuse. For example, the site may remember the pricing region selected by a visitor so prices can remain consistent across pages.

We do not treat a storage technology as “strictly necessary” merely because it is useful to us. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, behavioural tracking or other non-essential storage technologies in a jurisdiction where prior consent is required, those technologies should remain disabled until the required choice has been made.

Categories

Strictly necessary: technologies required to provide a service you request, protect the service, authenticate access, maintain a transaction or preserve essential application state. These may operate without optional-cookie consent where applicable law permits.

Preferences: technologies that remember choices such as region or interface settings. Their legal treatment can depend on how they are implemented, their duration and the applicable jurisdiction.

Analytics: technologies used to understand traffic or product usage. Syntropix will not intentionally activate non-exempt analytics storage before obtaining consent where applicable law requires it.

Advertising or cross-site tracking: technologies used for behavioural advertising or tracking across services. Syntropix does not intend to activate these without the consent and controls required by applicable law.

Third-party services

Some requested functions may involve third-party providers, for example payment, authentication, hosting or communications providers. A provider may set or access storage technologies when its service is invoked. The provider's own notice may also apply. Links to Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram are ordinary outbound links; simply displaying those links does not require Syntropix to embed a social-media tracking plug-in.

Your choices

You can delete or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in, assessment continuity, checkout or other requested functions from working correctly. Where Syntropix offers an on-site consent or preference control for optional technologies, you can use that control to change your choice. Withdrawing consent should be as easy as giving it.

Retention

Storage duration depends on purpose. Session technologies may expire when a session ends; preference or security records may persist for a defined period. We aim not to retain device-level information longer than reasonably needed for its stated purpose.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our technology stack, providers or legal obligations change. Material additions of optional analytics, advertising or similar tracking should be accompanied by an updated notice and, where required, a consent mechanism.
